Recorded CE Webinars - What to Expect
Course Enrollment
To enroll in an on-demand course, first visit our Recorded Webinars page to view our currently available on-demand/recorded course listing. You can learn more about the course you're interested in, and if you're ready to enroll, simply click "Enroll Now". You will enter your information and create a login to access our Online Learning Academy.
Immediate Access to the Course
Once you register for an on-demand course, you will have immediate access to the online training. Simply visit our Online Learning Academy at https://courses.marylandceu.com/ and login to your account. Remember to keep your login information safe as you will need it to access your on-demand course.
How the Course Works
When you log into our Online Course Academy you will first want to visit "My Dashboard" (click on the link at the top of the page). This will show you all the courses you are currently enrolled in. To begin completing the course just click on that course from the list shown under My Courses.
Once in the course, you will find that the course is laid out by chapters and lessons. On the left side of your screen there is a list of the chapters and lessons and on the right is the learning materials. Here is an example of what this will look like:
To complete the course, you will need to complete all the lessons in each chapter, watch all videos in full, and complete all graded quizzes with a passing score of 80% before moving onto the next chapter. Videos must be watched in full and in order and can be paused. Videos are not able to be rewound or fast forward in order to meet licensing board requirements to award CE credit hours.
An instructional video is provided at the start of the training to provide guidance and to help avoid common issues.
Tip: make sure you see a check mark next to each lesson before you move onto the next lesson. If you have completed a video or other activity, scroll down to the bottom of the page and make sure you click on "Complete and Continue". You should now see a checkmark next to that lesson and you can move onto the next lesson or chapter.

CE Certificate
After you complete the course, you will be able to download your CE Certificate right away. At the top left of your screen you will see a button that says "GET YOUR CERTIFICATE NOW!". Simply click on this and you will be able to view, download, and/or print your certificate.
Custom Certificate With License Credentials
Your certificate will automatically include your full name and the course information/CE information. If you require a custom certificate with licensing credentials, please email info@elevatece.com after you have completed the course and include your name, the course title, and your license credentials to include on your certificate. Please only request this customization if it is required by your licensing board. You will receive a reply once your certificate has been updated. Note that this option may take up to 2 business days.
You can view all of your certificates by:
- Logging into your on-demand training account HERE
- Click on Certificates in the top menu
NOTE: once a course expires (1 year for purchased courses, 90 days for free courses), you will no longer see this course in your dashboard or in your courses, but you will still be able to access your certificate by clicking on Certificates on the top menu.
